We report in this work the case of a 24-year-old patient who was admitted to emergency room with an acute abdomen, investigations were favor ruptured EP, underwent salpingectomy same day due state tube, anatomopathological study product ectopic GTD, benefited from monitoring levels BCHG according recommended protocols, we discussed through different clinical and therapeutic aspects rare entity.
